Aphrodite’s is excited to announce our new family style, take home, heat-and-serve dinners! Choose from our selection of our homemade, all organic, classic comfort food dinners that serve 1 to 6 people! (Or give us a call and we can make even larger portions for you if need.)
- Melt in your mouth beef bourguignon made from Baretta Farm’s organic beef, braised with red wine and slow simmered with German butter potatoes, carrots, charred cippolini onions and wild chanterelle mushrooms. Finished with Two River’s nitrate free bacon (optional), fresh chives and served with house-made spaetzle pasta.
- A rich and creamy seafood chowder with wild line-caught sockeye salmon, BC manila clams, Salt Spring Island mussels and fresh lobster. Slowly cooked with onions, fennel leeks and nugget potatoes. Finished with dill oil and served with a chive cheddar scone.
- A traditional French cassoulet with cannellini beans, braised pork shoulder, carrots celery and onion. Baked with a gluten free garlic crumb and served with duck leg confit and half a Toulouse pork sausage
