In our catering and wholesale kitchen we produce fresh and frozen organic meals and snacks to-go. Our food and beverage menu consist of simply prepared, locally grown and produced organic items and our daily specials feature mainly organic ingredients.

Owner Allan Christian, farmer and shareholder of Glen Valley Organic Farm in Fort Langley provides nearly all of the in-season organic produce for the restaurant, often picked in the AM and served the same day to our guests.
